Where It All Started
Rob Lambert’s story doesn’t begin in a courtroom.
It begins with early mornings, hard work, and a mother who believed there could be something more.
Raised by a hardworking mother who never made it past the sixth grade, Rob learned early what resilience, discipline, and responsibility looked like in real life.
Some mornings started at 3 a.m., riding along on his father’s paper route. During those early mornings, his mother would read him stories—including one about a boy named Robbie who grew up to become a lawyer.
That story stayed with him.
Not because of status or recognition, but because it planted the idea that a different future was possible.
Those early mornings taught him lessons that still shape who he is today:
